Shape Management is working with Old Young's Distillery as they embark on constructing their new home in the Swan Valley.
Old Young's has acquired a piece of land only one kilometer from the distillery, spanning over four and a half hectares (45,000 square meters) and featuring 400 meters of river frontage. Founder James Young is known for his unconventional approach and has visionary plans to build a 'Cathedral of Gin.' We are excited to collaborate with them on this extraordinary project, which is set to become an iconic hospitality venue in Western Australia.
The project design was procured via an architectural competition and the project is entering the schematic and detailed design phase.
