Our Directors, Jan and Cathy Hopper, met while working in a prestigious project management firm in Sydney, they saw a need in the construction industry for a project management team that offered a distinctively personalised service, whilst achieving the gold standard in delivery. They created Shape Management, an agile and hands-on management consultancy with senior resources, where services could be adapted to meet each clients unique needs.
Our bespoke, Perth based, management consultancy delivers tailored project advisory services, project management, superintendency, client representation and independent certification. We partner with our clients to advise and deliver projects from conception and feasibility, through to construction and operation, and can adapt quickly to meet the changing landscape of projects.
Project Advisory
The initial planning and assessment of a project is critical to success. We understand this planning and assessment phase and deliver business cases, feasibilities, project briefs, tender preparation, project definition plans and other advisory services.
Project Management
We work with our clients to deliver and manage a project through the planning, design and construction phases including procurement, budget, time and quality control.
SuperintendencY
We have significant experience in the administration of contracts. Our experience includes AS standard and third-party contracts. We have also acted as Independent Certifiers and Independent Witnesses in third party disputes.
JAN HOPPER
Jan has over twenty five years’ experience in the management of multifaceted construction projects. He is a qualified civil engineer with experience in business case and feasibility preparation, development, master planning, design development and coordination and construction management. He has strong skills in contract and statutory management, staff management and mentoring, time management, budgeting, conflict resolution and stakeholder liaison. Jan regularly manages multiple complex projects and has highly developed planning and organisational skills.

CATHY HOPPER
Cathy is an experienced and tertiary qualified Project Manager who primarily works in Interior fit out both new build and refurbishments. She has worked in a wide range of industries including education, recreation, hospitality and retail. She has strong stakeholder management skills and is an experienced Superintendent.
