Shape Management was appointed by the landlord to represent them in the development of the new DHL Warehouse and Distribution Facility. The site measures 42,922 cubic meters and has been custom-designed to meet the unique operational needs of the tenant.

The facility features a 17,904 cubic meter warehouse, which includes ambient and temperature-controlled areas, as well as a -25 Degree Freezer area and a Vault. In addition, there is a 1,132 cubic meter office space and parking available for 150 cars. The external hardstand consists of heavy-duty and light-duty concrete pavement spanning approximately 21,291 cubic meters.

Furthermore, the facility is capable of storing over 300,000 liters of various Dangerous Goods. The warehouse is equipped with ESFR sprinklers and boasts 350kW of rooftop solar energy capacity.
