Working with UWA to plan the Future

Shape Management are working with UWA to develop a comprehensive and coordinated services infrastructure strategy which focuses on the key design outcomes of resiliency, flexibility, innovation, sustainability, reliability, and redundancy. This strategy is aimed at establishing a framework that prioritises these core elements to enhance the overall infrastructure of the UWA campus.

In conjunction with the internal UWA team and consultants the strategy addresses the existing deficiencies and end-of-life status of building services infrastructure across the UWA Campus and implements the infrastructure requirements to plan for the universities future developments as identified in the UWA Campus Masterplan.

Sustainability is a key focus, with efforts directed towards minimizing environmental impact and maximizing resource efficiency in line with established benchmarks and targets.

Through careful planning and prioritisation, the strategy aims to optimise resource allocation, ensuring that capital budgets and works programs are effectively utilised to achieve desired outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner.
