MRI & PET CT Facility
Shape Management have been engaged to prepare the Feasibility Assessment of report for the Fitout of a new collocated Research 3T MRI and PET CT Facility to be on at the QEII site. This new facility will provide research and teaching facilities for human scanning as well as provide supplementary services to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital if required.
The role has since been expended to include the design management and construction management component of the works.
The facilities will form part of the National Imaging Facility (NIF) and in partnership with the West Australian Imaging Consortium. The project is being led by UWA with multiple additional stakeholders, funding partners and users having a vested interest in the process and outcomes.
